SuperOffice 10 - Sales and launch kit

A new version designed for tomorrow’s CRM needs that will help our customers turn relationships into revenue.

This is a major new launch and includes:

  • A new version and features: SuperOffice 10
    • SuperOffice 10 contains new features as well as introduces the new price model. 

      With SuperOffice 10, our customers can:

      • Make smarter, fact-based business decisions by creating customizable charts and detailed reports with Advanced Dashboards
      • Find information they need quicker and see only relevant information with Configurable Screens
      • Save time and reduce manual work by automating various business processes with Artificial Intelligence
      • Be able to respond to requests anytime, anywhere with Request Management in Mobile CRM
      • Exchange information between cloud solutions seamlessly via the add-on Databridge – a versatile tool that can be configured to automatically transfer data that saves time, removes manual work and ensures data quality 

      In addition, they will benefit from:

      • An updated App Store with improved in-store shopping experience and a range of brand new apps
      • Get all the help, support and communication they need at a redesigned custerom center and later a new Help Center and Community
      • a new resource site in  docs.superoffice.com - where all technical documentation is now available for customers and partners 
  • A new price model
    • The new price model introduces two tiers into our price plans making a much more flexible pricing tool for customer and sales alike.   
      • For new prospects they will be introduced to this new pricelist during a sales conversation as we are removing details from our website.
      • For prospects currently in a sales process, the introduction to a new price model will also means increased prices so this can be an incentive to make a decision now rather than later.
      • For existing customers, they have been notified about price increases and will primarily notice this new price model when they want to buy more licenses.

  • A new positioning
    • This is also been a great time to update how we communicate to our customers and the market about SuperOffice. The summarised version of how we will present ourself to the market is:

      SuperOffice CRM offers the tools to optimize your processes and bridge the gap between customer data and revenue. It’s an agile, scalable solution that will grow together with your business.

      When you buy into SuperOffice, you buy into a partnership with people who truly understand your business and are there to help you maximize the value of our CRM solution.

      Our updated positioning will be reflected in a updated website and sales enablement materials. Below is a summary document that is an internal document outlining our positioning. We explain more about this in Session 2 of the Readiness program. 

  • Go to market and launch plan
    • How will we inform our existing customers about all this you may wonder. A more detailed plan will made available later, but the summary version is:

      • Existing cloud customers will be introduced to SuperOffice 10 via a teaser video a week or so before product launch distributed via social media.
      • We will also send them an email with a link to a longer “what’s new” video. This will also be used in the spash screen that will remind users of the new features at the end of the upgrade wave plan.  
      • The wave plan to upgrade existing cloud customers will commence on October 12 and run for a couple of weeks. The wave plan dates is includes in the Introductory presentation available below.
      • Existing onsite and buy customers will be emailed when the new version is ready for download (date tbc) and the email point to the longer “what’s new” video for information about available features. In addition, there will be 1:1 communication in your regular customer meetings when appropriate.
      • Additional local webcasts are also planned to help spread the word and create excitement among our existing users.

      We will not create lots of written articles and landing pages this time as the numbers are clear that our existing customers prefers the videos.

      Finally, the updated website is the main vehicle to communicate SuperOffice 10 to new prospects and the new site will be published on October 4 for all languages. 


Readiness program

To help everyone get onboard with the new price model, new version and positioning, we have a readiness program, consisting of video sessions, materials and local workshops. 

Note that the materials in this launch kit are for internal training purposes only and not to be distributed to any customers. Not should they be distributed to other partner companies without the expressed permissed from your Partner contact in SuperOffice. We appreciate your cooperation on this. 

License guidance communication channel 

We appreciate that also our partners  need information about the status of the customer's current installation in connection with customer meetings and more sales.

Please send a mail with the customer in question serial number to support@superoffice.com and we will return with information about that customers current licenses registered with us.
