Main Intro

Purpose

To build strong, personal, and productive relationships with our partners’ key people who influence growth. By knowing each other well, working closely, and sharing the same ambition for success, we create a foundation of trust that accelerates collaboration, customer wins, and long-term business growth.

Philosophy: People First

We believe growth starts with people. That’s why we identify and connect with the right individuals in each partner organization — from sales and consulting to marketing, support, and management. Every Superland Ambassador is certified, well-informed, and supported by a dedicated SuperOffice PAM/PDM as a single point of contact.

Link to Must-Win Battles

Supercharge Customer Acquisition – Strong connections between SuperOffice and partner teams ensure faster alignment, better joint selling, and more effective execution of go-to-market plans.

Deliver Amazing Customer Experience that Grow Promoters – Close relationships make it easier to identify and respond to customer needs, resolve issues quickly, and deliver consistent value that improves rNPS (relationship NPS).

What You Do (Partner’s Role)

  • Appoint a Primary Contact responsible for the strategic partnership with SuperOffice.
  • Notify Superoffice PAM about changes in the SuperOffice team to reflect new hires, role changes and departures. New partner may use the Excel sheet mentioned below to get started.
  • Ensure dedicated sales resources are in place for SuperOffice business (either net new or account management). This will ensure focus to grow ARR on new customers.
  • Assign roles for consulting, marketing, support, and development if relevant.
  • Maintain required certification levels for sales and consulting roles.

What We Do (SuperOffice’s Role)

  • Assign a dedicated PAM/PDM as the main point of contact for each partner.
  • Host a monthly Global Partner Update to equip Ambassadors with the latest product, sales, and marketing information.
  • Maintain an up-to-date people overview for each partner to ensure the right connections between our teams. We use POSITIONS for this in our own CRM.
  • Track and manage certifications across partner roles.

KPIs

  • Number of certified Ambassadors per role per partner
