The price lists in Excel
For even more detailed price lists and overviews, you can use the pricelists in Excel:
CLOUD SuperOffice Price list, effective as of October 1, 2024
ONSITE SuperOffice 10 Price list, effective as of October 1, 2024
Using the layers in Excel, you can start simplified and then expand to show more and more of the details; an approach that may be helpful to demonstrate what is included in the different plans in dialogue with customers.
Pricing rules for Onsite customers: When Onsite customers who bought before October 6 2021 want to purchase new licenses, upgrade, or migrate, prices will depend upon the customer's agreement. The pricing rules are found in the SuperOffice 10 launch kit; you'll find the PowerPoint "SESSION 3 - MIGRATION RULES PRESENTATION" under SuperOffice 10 Readiness Program presentations.
QUESTIONS: If you have questions about how to handle the prices, please ask your local manager.

January 1, 2023 - SuperOffice 8 buy
In May this year, we informed all our Buy customers about Microsofts announcement of turning off the Basic Authentication function in MS Exchange Online.
As a consequence, the following parts of SuperOffice will not work after October 1 2022:
- SuperOffice Service
- CRM Inbox
- SuperOffice Synchronizer
We have subsequently removed some of the products in our Buy price lists from our our internal systems (SuperQuote) as if October 1, 2022.
The changes to the Buy pricelists documents for SuperOffice 8.x versions effective as of January 1, 2023 are:
- removed Synchronizer for Windows product
- removed Domino Synchronizer user product
- removed Domino Synchornizer server product
- removed references to Google Apps for Business in descriptions of Synchronizer products. This is a consequence of Microsoft's announcement to switch off the basic authentication function in MS Exchange Online on 1 October 2022.
- increased the maintenance fee from 20,17% to 21,26% (an increase of 5.4%) as announced to all Buy customers in August 2022.
Note that the Buy 8.x price lists also applies to all customers on even earlier versions of SuperOffice CRM than 8.

Calculators
Calculate prices for new installations and migrations using these Excel tools:
- Product Configurator Calculator 2024
- Migration Calculator from 9 Onsite to 10 Onsite (01.01.2024)
- Migration Calculator from Buy 8 to 10 Onsite 2023 (01.01.2024)
Note in the Product Configurator Calculator the CEP/Chat/Forms product prices are built up so that you need to add 1 against each interval relevant to your prospects. E.g. To include the final price for CEP for a company that has a total number of users of for example 120 users, you need to add "1" against the interval "1-50" and then add "1" against the interval "51-150" in order to get the final price of CEP for this prospect. This is due to how the price is built into our internal systems now.
