How to get information about sales customer from Sale via API?v

I have successfully been able to fetch information about Projects and Sales via the SuperOffice API. However, there are some fields my client would like me to fetch from the Sales tab, for example the customer/company of the given Sale. What I am referring to is the field named "Firma" ("Company" in Norwegian). I did not find this info via a standard Sale API call towards this specific Sale. How can I fetch this information via the API?

How to edit/delete 'Recipients sources' in a 'Form response'? TEchnical

Archive mailing' in a form response is according to SO Help ment to be used "To keep track of all mailings related to your selections and projects" but, actually creates a link to 'Ricipient sources', which can't be edited or deleted. What is the idea here? Why such link in a form response which is only ment to be recipients triggered by a form..? If at later stage changing 'Archive mailing' to another project, the 'Ricipient sources' will still be connected to the old project (!!) and can't be edited or deleted. This leads to that new project members added to the old project will recieve form responses which are no longer is relevant. Understand that this is a known issue but it has by some unknown reason not been filed as a bug. What is the purpose of having 'Recipient sources' linked to a project in a form response?

Pocket CRM on Android Phones

Hello,  We have started to experience issues with re-configuring the app on Adroid phones.  When a customer changes url/address they need to reconfigure their app. But after scanning the QR-code they dont get to the login-screen. They instead get to where they can insert the URL manually, and if they click 'login' it just goes back to this page.  We tried resetting the app (remove all cache and buffer, then reinstalling) but it looks like the old settings are stored somewhere. I found another post on devnet ( https://community.superoffice.com/en/technical/Forum/rooms/topic/superoffice-product-group/pocketcrm-application/pocketcrm-gives-authentication-failed/  ) explaining that this is standard Android who archives these settings and restores them on app-install. We are basically unable to fully reset the settings with this functionallity on. Since this is a problem for Android-users (it works well on iPhone) and this has not been a problem before, is suspect this could be connected to whatever was done to fix the bug in the post above.  Any suggestions?

Dashboard with timeusage on tasks per company - test forum

We've created different task types (Example: Service, Configuration, Installation) and use those for work being done on different tasks. I would like to be able to create some dashboards where I can see the total time/duration used on these tasks based  on company name within a certain period. Does anyone have any experience on this? Is it even possible to get the duration on a task in the dashboard, I've not been able to find this.   JP was here....
