In our trustcenter there is this: Physical and Environmental Security All data in SuperOffice CRM Online is stored on secured servers located within EU/EEA. The main production system is located in two separate data centers in Norway. The data centers are secured both by humans and technical security measures. Access to the data centers is managed exclusively by Visma ITC, and its technical personnel are available 24x7/365. Is this still true since we allready have moved some cusotmers to Microsoft Azure? -> can i see somewhere if a specific customer is located in which datacenter physically? the database? the document store? same topic goes for mailgun? is there no EU service for the same functionality? i know there is the privacy shield, but it's just paper as we know.... and the mailaddress is stored on mailgun for at least 24hours (and surely there is a backup for NSA i guess ;) )
