How to invite participants to a diary appointment in SuperOffice CRM

You can invite other people to join meetings or follow-ups by adding them to your diary activities. They will receive a notification, and the appointment will appear in their diary after they accept the invitation.
Another great thing you can do is viewing your colleagues' diaries and check when they are available. In addition, you can book meeting rooms and equipment in the diary.

Invite another person to a meeting by 1) clicking the tab Participants in an appointment and 2) clicking Add and selecting a contact to invite.
