Bold / Italic not working for existing fields

Hi Mikael.

Bold and Italic only applies to the field value and not the label, both for standrad fields and user defined fields:

I have registered this as a Wish, the ID is: 35685.

If you would like the label to be bold too, you can either:

a) Use a separate label (above text): Add your own label field - and set this to bold (this will be added as a line above value field). You may set "Hide label" on the value it self.

b) Use a separate label left: from 10.1.8 you can add a grid element and add your own label to the grid - and set this to bold (this will be added as a line above value field). You may set "Hide label" on the value it self.

To format the layout more in line with standrad fields - increase the number of columns as you see fit:

This should work for both standard fields and user defined fields (UDEF):

I think the workaround with the grid is acceptable.

However, I don't see the button for selecting the grid element, see image below.
