MailLink is displayed twice in Citrix Virtual Desktop

Hi,

One of you customer is having hard time getting MailLink to work on Outlook in Citrix Virtual Desktop environment.

The ribbon tool is displayed twice in addins, but it's not activated in UI,

Has anyone come across with problem like this? What could be the cause of it?
