Community Release - 2023-R01   In this release you will be presented for our brand-new Forum. We have done a completely overhaul to make it easier to use and track what you are interested in. We hope you like it.    Here are the release notes: Some of the main areas we have improved: New Forum with better possibilities to get an overview of what is happening inside the different Forums. Instead of only have a list of Forums you needed to scroll through, you now get a better instant overview of what is happening in the different Forums with the functionality "Latest activities". We have also added filtering capabilities and lists like "My favorites" and "My conversations". We hope you enjoy our new Forum and find it easier to get an overview of what is happening.   Larger input field in technical blogs When blog writers create text and content in technical blogs (and Parliament blogs) the input window has been too small, and it makes it difficult to work with a longer text. We have now enabled a button for larger text area in status bar and also enabled vertical resizing in the lower right corner of the text area.    Bugfixes Remove the Expected Release date in Product Releases because this field does not make sense when the product is released Several tabs opened in Chrome browser when when we click a bug from a Bugs & Wishes Too many tabs open when we click a bug from a bugs and wishes in Chrome browser  Image width in article page fixed   For Editors When a change is made, the updated date of the information document pages is not updated YouTube Video indexing job Failing issue

Measuring "SLA"

Hi there! Is there a way of using dashboards in SuperOffice to get an overview on how you are doing when it comes to "SLA"? Let's say that you use the 3 pre-made priorities (Low, Medium and High) and choose a deadline of 12h, 4h and 2h. What I really want then, is some way of identifying requests that have been answered within the deadline, and also view the requests which not have met the requirement.. In this scenario the "Time to reply" is what I want to measure on but in other cases you could also like to look at the "Time to close" towards a deadline. Any idea on how to achieve this?

M1 Surveys in for Germany in English now works with the survey link

Some times things that should work just does not work as expected. And in order to find the problem, it helps with curious Account Managers using our tools. This time Markus from Team Germany wanted to use M1 Survey to a large group of people in an international ORG. The system supports this, and when you create a M1 Survey meeting, the the participants will get a mail with the survey link in your language, German in this case. Unless they have specified a Preferred language on the contact card. If not German, they will get English. This time they got the email, but the link to the survey was not there. We checked in the reply templates, and found it was missing on the German template. This is now fixed and ready to be used even more of all teams.123

A special character is one that is not considered a number or letter. Symbols, accent marks, and  punctuation  marks are considered special  characters . Similarly,  ASCII   control characters  and  formatting  characters like paragraph marks are also special characters. Unlike alphanumeric characters, special characters are extremely versatile and can be used for a number of different purposes in writing, coding, and mathematical operations. Special characters may also be referred to as special letters, special symbols, or keyboard characters.

Preparing for the cloud

In the preperation for the move of SuperOffice One to the Cloud project ( One2Cloud ), we are doing some changes in production the next weeks, starting tonight.  We are doing small changes and updates, and they are tested in our stage environement before production, but there is always a possibility that something might work differently. If you notice strange behaviour in Superoffice One, or that somthing stops working, don't hesitate with reporting it to it@SuperOffice.com, we can have missed something. There will be more information about the One2Cloud project later this year

Webex Internal calling problems

We have been strugeling with internal calling problems since 1st of april.  Some users are failing when calling them, and for some calls video does not display staight on - by clicking stop and send video - it starts again. Workaround for the users you cant call:  - use s Space, or personal meeting room. We have done many changes besed on reccomondations from our partners Cisco and Atea, but it is still important that you report problems. What we need is : Calling from (user) -> Calling to (User), Time, data _ and what kind of message/ error or what happened. We will update in this forum when we know more, but we hope we are getting closer to solving the problem.

It seems that we finally have had progress - and that Cisco together with the IT team has solved the problem some users have experienced for internal calling. Please restart your Webex Client, if you still have problems, and report any issues to IT.

Invitations to external from SuperOffice might fail.

Several users have got a problem where invitations to externals from SuperOffice has corupt formating.  We are warning you about this, so you can check in your sent folder in Outlook that invitations from SuperOffice that you have sent this week is corectly formated.  A wrong formated invitation might have a wrong language encoding and for the external part this might be quite confusing: If you have this problem - report it to it@superoffice.com - we are working together with RnD for workaround and a permanent solution for this problem.

This is possible from Onedrive and Sharepoint to external parts that have an Microsoft Account - connected to an Office 365 subscription. Because of this the "standard" sharing method is https://superoffice.sendsafely.eu/.  Sendsafely has added more functionality to shared areas, and can be used securly for both "one time" transfers, and sharing forlders for a long time.   From Sharepoint you need to share from an site were you are the owner, and that is enabled for external sharing.  If that is not the case you are not able to share with externals.

Internal Business Apps - Release notes 2020 Week 19

Hello Here is the release notes for Internal Business Apps week 19, 2020.  Project Discounts 2020  The main feature this release is part one of project Discount 2020 - New discount plans and the “More sale discount” support in SuperQuote. This functionallity provides more flexible discounting support in our sales processes, providing new possibilities in sales and migrations  - and even more growth! We have also changed the discount fields to support two decimals.  See Mariannes blog for more details 😊  https://community.superoffice.com/en/the-parliament/blogs/new-discounting-coming-to-one/   NPS Sender  We have fixed a problem in the NPS Sender regarding red-letter days.   This problem caused the NPS Sender to sometimes take a day off (even if it was not a red-letter day). Now the sender is not allowed to take a day off – during normal working days 😉   SuperLicence Sync and “Windows CMRR12”  As a part of the Windows End of life plan, we have added "Windows CMRR 12" into our daily sync into a new extra field in SuperOffice One. This field is available in e.g. search and selections. This way we will have updated numbers in SuperOffice One regarding use of our Windows products, and this way be able to perform targeted communication with customers using our Windows products.
