A customer saw this interessting app about cti integration, anyone have experiences with it so far?

At the moment we have a number of demo sites and one running customer: Westfalenfinanz GmbH.
They have been running this up with no incidents or any hickups for more than 60 days, so this app is no longer in Beta status as of today.
How they have found it against the Online I am not able to see from the data I have access to, but I in my experience, this type of customer who deals with merger and acquisitions, are not the type that ignores issues or do not let us know if there are issues. Given that they are still running the app I can only assume that they are happy with it.
However, perhaps the account manager Prasat Rajah knows more?
Otherwise, I believe this app is an adjusted version of an onsite module which has been running for a while.
I am pretty sure that the partner will be happy to demonstrate it for you and if possible give you access to a demo version for your own peace of mind. Otherwise, they would also be happy to talk to your customer directly too of course.
