How to set your video conferencing provider

SuperOffice video meetings allows SuperOffice CRM users to plan and start video meetings directly from their diary. In these how-to's you’ll learn how to configure the video meetings for the provider your company uses.

You can configure the video meetings in the Settings & maintenance part of SuperOffice CRM. To access Settings & maintenance, you need administrator rights.

  1. In Settings & maintenance, go to Preferences and open Video meetings.
  2. Click the Configure button. On the web page that will open, you can choose which video provider you wish to use.

Each video provider has its own requirements to connect their services to SuperOffice CRM:
