Per-folder security setup

Depending on the Pipeline Mode, you need to set different security options for different folders on the Web site.
The table shows the value of Anonymous Authentication

The login page lives in the Security folder, which is protected
After our login page has resolved your identity, you are redirected to the actual page you wanted; that one resides is the root (or another subfolder), and must not be protected from anonymous access
Note that you must not disable Anonymous access to the services folder, otherwise Tray App and Mail Link will not work
