Web Extensions

The Web Extension application is an executable module, installed on the client computer. It exists to perform tasks that cannot be done from inside a Browser, such as downloading a file, starting an editor, and later uploading the same file.
Installation
Web Extension is installed from the web clients login screen under settings. The option to install disappears if the "SuperOffice 7 Extensions application is installed" is ticked.
Choose run on the following dialogs, the dialogs differ depending on your browser. Save and run, or just choose to Run.
You will get to choose location of web extension. Please note that you may use the same web extension from several different web installations.
Make sure "SuperOffice 7 Extensions application is installed"
You may also tick this from the File - Settings menu inside the application
Web extension will be running in your windows taskbar as a small owl icon.
Right click on it will open the menu:
The preferences allows you to save more than one locations username/password and to set an alarm to go off X minutes before an appointment is due. It also allows you to specify which site is default.
Troubleshooting
If you have problems getting connected, try to delete the setting here. It will be recreated the next time you perform a task where the web extension is invoked.
