Mobile CRM App and iPad

On iPad you would use Mobile CRM to access SuperOffice. It is not possible to create quotes or access the Quote module on Mobile CRM. The possibility to access the Quote module in Mobile CRM has been registered as a wish.  Wish: possibility to see Quote tab in Mobile CRM While you cannot create a quote or view products on Mobile CRM, you can access all activities and documents which were created with the Quote module.

Update: Keyforce - new website and new links in App Store

Our partner Keyforce has together with Siteshop worked with updating their website and have finally published their Norwegian version of their new site: www.keyforce.no I have today updated all the links from our App Store to their site.  However, they do not yet have an english version of their site, so for now, all the links (more info, support) points to their Norwegian version of the site.  I have also made Keyforce aware that on their new site, there are some incorrect use of our product terminology and logo. (So you don't have to worry about telling me or them). They will fix this over the next week or so. Independent upon these details, their new website is a considerable improvement and will support their apps in a much better way than before. Till they have it all up and ready and in English, I hope we can handle any comments from our customers that their app entries points to a Norwegian only site.

Keyforce - Visma Net Sync and Visma Net Quote now available in the App Store

We just published two new apps from Keyforce: the ERP sync for Visma.net Financials , and also the possibility to add the Visma Net Quote app for all users who have complete or sales userplan. Cathrine will put more info in her blog later today, but with the automatic provisioing of the app this just got a whole lot easier for customer administrators to set up.

Expand your accounts

If you are Net New or Account Manager, we have now launched a new tools to help you see more opportunities in both current accounts or prospects. Is is already in ONE, in the Bisnode tool from i-Centrum. They call it Company linkage . When you link a customer or prospect to Bisnode though the Bisnode Business Contacts tab, we open more opportunities. The system can tell you if this company that you are on is linke to other companies. If they are in a group of companies this tab will show you how they are connected to each other. Upward to the group or with subsidiaries. If the list is empty, this company is a stand alone company. How it works: Make sure the company is linked in Bisnode. If not, just link it. (1) Click the Company Linkage button and get the list. (2) If the company in the list is blue, that company is already in ONE. You can open that company by cliking it. (3) Next step: Browse through your A and B customers (first), and find which are connected to a group of companies.  Do some research, and prepare your next call with your main growth influencer. You can import the company by pressing the + sign after your research. Go follow them on Linkedin. I am sure they will benefit if you can propose a meeting to another group company, and off cource we can benefit from it. Good for the customers, good for SuperOffice and great for both our sales and services teams. And feel free to share your questions or experiences here. Happy Expanding :-)

A new signal that an important person has left your customer

Hi all account managers, From time to time, key people in your accounts leave the company. ANd they do not always tell you, right? These people can be categorized as Growth Influencer (the field called: Position in ONE). It can also be the Sales, manager, the CEO or any other person that is key to driving SuperOffice success at that specific customer. And you cannot know it all. That is why we have systems to support your work. In our Net Promoter platform (CustomerGauge), we can now notify Account managers in real time when an NPS survey has bounced. The main reason for bounces is that the e-mail no loinger exist, aka the person has left the builging. When this happens, you will be notified with an e-mail. What you need to do Check who this person is and what role he/she has. If it is vital, it is a good thing to do a Muffin call and try to learn more who has taken over this position and wjat other things have happenend with the account. Perhaps there are things that will enable a GROWTH scenario? You know the drill. Then correct the stuff, like add former employee and update Postion on the other Growth Influencers. Add the new person, and get connected on Linked etc. The good story, this will not happen often. We have pretty good quality. But it is worth checking the -email. Here are the AMs currently with the notification in place. We will create more as new bounces appear. Questions? Just add them below.
