Aktualisiert am 6. Aug. 2021
To connect your Office 365 Outlook apps with SuperOffice CRM Online, you’ll want to use the SuperOffice for Outlook add-in.
In the SuperOffice for Outlook side panel you can:
- View SuperOffice CRM data directly in Outlook
- The action tab lets you carry out tasks seamlessly as you are handling an email.
- Save emails directly into SuperOffice
- The people tab lets you view additional CRM data so you know who you are dealing with
- You can add unknown senders as new contacts inside SuperOffice directly
- This add-in is listed in the SuperOffice App Store as well as the Microsoft Outlook add-in directory.
The side panel for SuperOffice for Outlook appears on the right side in your Outlook application. At the first visit after installing, the application prompts you to connect.
This pure cloud-to-cloud solution works seamlessly on all Office 365 Outlook apps across your Windows, Mac and mobile devices.
With nothing to install, you do not need any special permissions to use the app or worry about updating to the latest version. This is done for you.
Once the app has been added to your Outlook and connected to SuperOffice CRM Online, the app appears as a side panel in Outlook.
