Seed data for the Community automation suite (User & Admin, Service management). We published several FAQ articles in the knowledge base, but customers cannot find them in the customer centre search. Do they need a specific category or access level?

Seed data for the Community automation suite (User & Admin, Service management). Tickets created from inbound email do not trigger the auto-reply template, while tickets created manually do. Which setting controls this?

Seed conversation 11 - User & Admin - Sales forecast ignores weighted probability
Seed data for the Community automation suite (User & Admin, Sales @ management). The sales forecast report sums the full sale amounts instead of the weighted amount by probability. Is there a setting to switch to weighted forecast?
